Description
This mod make the AI more competitive by improving several aspect of the AI behaviour.

Buildings
AI now chooses its building more carefully and for example :
- AI no longer build courthouse or town hall.
- AI keeps slots for workshops and manufactures on provinces with valuable trade goods.
- AI builds less docks.

Ideas and policies
AI now chooses its idea groups like players do on multiplayer games. So, it often picks military idea groups, economic ideas or innovative ideas in their first ideas (excepted exploration ideas). Then, it tries to adapt to the situation of the country.

Edicts and Estates
AI now uses estate interactions and places make less mistakes when giving provinces to estates.
AI is better at using edicts.
This part is still work in progress.

This is particularly difficult to describe but the AI is clearly better than in vanilla. I only played one game with this mod but the results were really satisfying. I took the screenshots at the end (year is 1816) of this game (I was playing Smolensk).

This mod is not compatible with mods that modify idea groups, estates or buildings.

I just tested the mod and everything work. So, you probably have activated another mod which modify buildings, idea groups and estates.
