Burning Godzilla (PS3)

ATTENTION, READ THIS CAREFULLY: This is a reupload. I did not make this, Ultimo did. I can not, and will not make what you tell me to, as I have virtually no experience in porting other than basic props like the Gotengo.

Ultimo's back, and with another gorgeous PS3/4 model! This time it's Burning Godzilla, Godzilla's deadly final form from the final film in the Heisei era of Godzilla films, Godzilla vs. Destoroyah!

In 1995, Hong Kong was suddenly attacked by Godzilla, who bore huge lava-like rashes all over his body and could only fire his Hyper Spiral Ray, his strongest beam. After decimating the city, it was discovered by the scientists of Japan that Godzilla was close to death - Godzilla's heart was melting down like a nuclear reactor that was out of control, and his death could destroy the entire country, if not render the whole planet completely uninhabitable. Upon death, Godzilla's molten body could tear right the way through the Earth to its core, creating a 'China Syndrome' that would result in the planet's destruction.


With organisations rushing to find a way to kill Godzilla before he could do the same to humanity, a new threat rose from the sands of Tokyo Bay, awakened by the first Godzilla's death in 1954. With this new beast, Destoroyah, rapidly advancing on a seemingly-doomed country, G-Force prepared a shocking plan to try and draw the two monsters together, in the hope that Destoroyah would kill Godzilla before the latter could melt down. Locating Godzilla's son, Godzilla Junior, a reluctant Miki Saegusa and her new successor, Meru Ozawa, led the young monster towards Japan with their psychic abilities, in the hope that Godzilla would follow him.

In the very heart of Tokyo, one final battle was fought, deciding the fate of humankind itself! While Junior had managed to stop Destoroyah and put up a very good fight, the meeting between father and son was to be short, as Destoroyah rose in his final form and slaughtered Junior in cold blood. Godzilla had now lost the only thing he cared about, and was utterly enraged.

Fighting back, Godzilla managed to bring down Destoroyah at his maximum power, with the timely assistance of the JSDF and G-Force. With Destoroyah gone, the stage was finally set for Godzilla's death. All hope of a different scenario, one that could have saved Japan, was now lost. As Godzilla's flesh melted and fell from his skeleton, a cloud of fallout spread over Japan. While there was no China Syndrome, it seemed that Tokyo would soon become a city-sized graveyard. As the people looked on, suddenly the radiation levels dropped back to normal, and the cloud of fallout vanished, replaced by a cool and clean mist. Junior was back, and had inherited his father's title, a King of the Monsters for the next generation.

As always, Godzilla comes in four sizes, and has skins to control the glow of his eyes and meltdown patches. The Glowmaps for the second skin are a little odd, in that the whole texture is lit up - this will likely be rectified at some point in the future. Enjoy!

This is what happens when you overclock a giant radioactive dinosaur.

This model is based on the godzilla suit from the 1995 film "Godzilla vs Destroyah", that portrays the title King of the Monsters in a state described as "A walking volcano".

After absorbing too much radiation, the monster king entered this state due to consuming massive levels of radiation that even he can't handle, and was suffering the monster equivalent of a heart attack.

Throughout the film, Godzilla threatened the earth with both the threat of dying in either a massive nuclear explosion that would ignite the earth's atmosphere and killing all life as we know it, or a meltdown that would sink to the core of the earth and destroy it.

Naturally, humanity managed to overcome that, and Godzilla died via meltdown, reduced to a nuclear puddle of flesh and molten fluid.

However, his title would move on to a new generation of Godzilla.

The model comes in four sizes and is gmod compatible, and has two skins to control the glow maps of his eyes, spines, and the patches of red upon his body.

If you're having checkered spots in gmod for this model, mount tf2 you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idiots.
