DragonBall Z RPG 3.0- Paper Attack

Been in search of a dragonball pen and paper rpg for awhile now and I came upon this one. Decided to import the stuff to tabletop for ease of use, hopefully get some other people interested in it.

-Notepad faq of any rules questions people have
-Anything people suggest
