This asset uses the rotor shader. Would therefore recommend subscribing to the "Transparency LODs Fix + Cloud Assets Enabler" mod so the transparent glass is visible both zoomed in and out.

Assets missing are Air ducks 1,2, and 3. Otherwise, great tower.

I have the no road connection as well. It seems that the building snaps to a road on the opposite side of the actual entrance to the building. The little blue arrow showing where the road connection to the building should be shows the other way...

This is the only building that I can only place once, even with Not So Unique Buildings mod. Still a great asset

Yeh that would make sense, as the sub building also has those simulations, so if the road is not connected, then they cant pick up garbage etc

Wierd, I checked it out myself in-game and I didn't get that icon. So not sure what's causing thid
