This is a really late game picture, day 200+. He doesn't need all that fancy stuff to function, regular items work fine as well.

The armor is a famed light barbarian armor, but you can get by with regular southern mail or an assassins robe if you're lucky to have one until you find a famed light armor. Make sure to give him a hyena fur attachment for higher init, which translates into higher damage and better melee defense for this build.

The necklace is the orc trophy you get for fulfilling the "destroy 4 orc camps" ambition. It makes him immune to nets which can really hurt him.

Hmmm, What's all the gear that he has? I don't recognize the necklace and armor.
