-cars will wait 3secs infront of an stopsign
-vehicles drive the speed as shown on the signs
known problems:
-sometimes when loading the traffic light connetions are ♥♥♥♥♥♥
-no ouskirts AI

could you make the vehicle speeds vary to simulate real traffic ....not sure if this will cause an issue with them hitting each other
