1. Did they install it properly. Just as easy as it is to mod its just as easy to botch. Takes one misclick.
2. The mod could be conflicting with something else they have.
3. They may not even be on the latest version or the latest version can sometimes create new problems with something else you use.
You do also have to keep in mind with why I don't include certain mods I already have heavy duty mods in this guide. There is only so much I can add before the game craps itself. Everything in the guide will work together. They may not continue to do so with additional heavy mods. Legacy of the dragonborn in specific I assumed changes too much to work with the guide but somebody told me it does work at least what they did play.
