RTP related error fix

Steps

To fix this error:

• Download the RPG MAKER XP package from here:
  http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/download/additional/run-time-packages
  
• Run the exe and installed to my "steamapps\common\RPGXP\rtp" folder

After that, run RPG Maker from Steam again. That should do it.

Sorry to pester you. I made an awesome game with RPG Maker XP and am trying to publish it to Steam. The build I submitted won't launch due to this same error. How do I include the RTP in my game build so it will automatically install and launch the game on the end of Steam and anyone who may purchase my game? Steam won't release my game until this issue is resolved? From what I read, it is against the policy of Enterbrain to "distribute" their RTP's, otherwise, wouldn't the solution be to include the .exe for that RTP in the game build somewhere? Am I allowed to do that? Do you have any ideas? I have the RTP installed on my own device but, can't seem to find where those files are located on my PC. :( Any insight would and thank you in advance?
