How To Fix It

So If You Get That Error Code When Starting The Game Follow These Steps.

First: Right click Arkham Asylum and click properties

Second: Click Local Files and then Browse Local Files

Third: Go to redist then DirectX scroll down until you see DXSETUP and follow the instructions

omg thank you first i had do the NET 3.5 fix then this poped up I was raging.

Worked for me too. Needed to install .NET 3.5 first, and after that run the DXSETUP. (Reverse order did not work.)

Thank you, this worked for me on windows 11, had to install net framework 3.5, wouldn't download on its own, had to get it direct from microsofts website heres a link {ПРЕМАХНАТА ВРЪЗКА}https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21

after doing that i got the directx error, did your instructions and it worked. hope this helps anyone trying to play this game, and hopefully the devs update it so it corrects itself since its on sale and everyone will be trying to run it on windows 10 and 11
