I am a stupid British man who has much more important things in life to be doing than playing silly video games, and yet here I am. I would say I am unfortunately a masochist , not that it's my kink , but rather I enjoy the thrill and challenge of a game, likely more than beating it itself. I will seek out difficult achievements, attempt to play stressful gamemodes or higher difficulties in games, and overall can be very stubborn and refuse to say 'I can't do this, it's too hard'.


Why mention all of this? Why ego of course!!! Being serious for but a moment, these are simply achievements I'm proud of and simply wanted to share, not to gloat, but to inspire others to push to do the same. Anyone can cook, and therefore anyone can do a ghost of Dunwall playthrough, or P rank every level, or beat shell shock, so on so forth. Do I still sound like a self-righteous prick by announcing what I have achieved? Likely, but I mean it when I say I want the best for everyone, no matter the PC, no matter the person, for we all deserve some fun in life, and sometimes there fun to be found in the challenge. I believe anyone can do anything, for there was a time when I had a whopping 95 restarts when fighting Minos Prime on Violence, and now I can consistently P-Rank him on Brutal. If I can develop, learn and overcome a challenge like that, anyone can.


Finally, I wanted to tap in to why my profile says my favourite game is PAYDAY 3 . No it's not a mistake, I am truly in love with this game. Sure it's flawed, but it's MY beautifully flawed game I have spent 550+ hours in, and I don't regret a second of it (Side Note: I played on console for years before joining the PC master race, including Payday 3 where I have a solid 315 hours). Many, many people tell me this game sucks, it's awful, it's boring, and everything in-between. However, there's a consistent pattern... they've never played the bloody game . Unfortunately, we live in a day of age where having your own opinion is illegal, and instead you must become one with the parrots and simply attempt to rephrase whatever your favourite Youtuber/E-Celeb's opinion was, so many of these 'opinions' are just what these big online people said at launch and called it a day. If you look inside Payday 3 for but a moment, you discover more than just an ' unworthy successor ' or ' mediocre heisting game '. You find a game with great animations, smooth movement, interesting gameplay and, as of skills 2.0, many many highest difficulty viable builds and playstyles to work with. There are rightful criticisms, especially regarding some awful ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ decisions from higher ups at Starbreeze , however the negativity is easily outshined by the positivity. If you ever, EVER even remotely consider picking up Payday 3, please do and please try and get Beserker Aced as soon as possible, running and gunning with a shotgun feels so good.
