When preparing shakshuka, start by preparing the sauce. Cut the tomatoes into tiny squares, as well as the hot green pepper, and the red peppers into rough pieces.
Take a pan and put half a cup of oil in it, and heat the oil for 30-40 seconds, and add the peppers to the pan first, and wait 3-4 minutes until the peppers soften.
Add the chopped tomatoes, mix gently, close the pan and wait 6-7 minutes on medium heat.
Finely chop the garlic and then add the tomato paste, garlic, spices, and wait 1-2 minutes for the flavors to combine.
Add the eggs to the pan, seal the pan and wait 7 minutes until the eggs are ready.
