My name here on steam is, as you all probably know, Stæhrs. But did you know how i made it up, and why it is exactly the name 'Stæhrs?' Fear no longer - ive got an explanation for you :)




My name 'Stæhrs' is acually a shortening of my previous steam username, 'Stæhrs Dyrehandell,' witch directly translated to my native language of Denmark acually means 'Stæhrs Petstore.'
The reason i in the first plase had deemed my account Stæhrs Dyrehandel was acually because of an old intern joke, that me and my friend used to have with our german teacher, Bente. We used to ask her if she had ever gone for a shopping in the store Stæhrs Dyrehandel.
Stæhrs Dyrehandel is the petstore that my grandma, Hanne Stæhr Thomsen, had started and was owning back in the 90's and up to the 00's when it had to close due to her retiering. The reason we suspected that Bente, our teacher, might had been shopping in that particular store was, that we had found out, that she is settled in the town of Svendborg, witch is the same as Stæhrs Dyrehandel was located in. Therefore me and my friend were thinking of it as a fun coincidence if she had been to the store that my grandma owned, and we asked her over and over althrough she had alveready replyed multiple times. The answer was unfortunately no, because Bente hadn't been living is Svendborg her entire life.
