I saw your review on the Firewatch page, I also had trouble with achievements in that game and found a solution online on the Steam forums that worked for me to obtain the last 2 I needed in Free Roam. I made a guide about it to hopefully get the word out easier. I hope it helps you out, if you give the game another shot
