This is a guide for the most common tool, a douche bulb.
Step 1
Fill the bulb with warm water and stand over a toilet or bathtub.
Step 2
Apply lube to the tip and insert the tip into your posterior. Don’t put the nozzle all the way in!
Step 3
Slowly release a comfortable amount of water. Be sure to not allow any released water get sucked back into the bulb.
Step 4
Sit on the toilet and allow the water to flush.
Step 5
Repeat steps 1-4 until the water flushes out clear. Stay on the toilet for another 30-60 seconds to allow any excess water to come out.
