Hogwash Legacy

Hladkou mouku rozmixujeme se špetkou soli, mlékem a dvěma vejci tak, aby vznikla správná hustá směs vhodná pro palačinky.

Na pánev z rozpáleným olejem vlijeme přibližně jednu malou naběračku směsi. Palačinku smažíme z obou dvou stran dozlatova.

Na hotové palačinky naneseme libovolné množství čehokoliv, co nám chutná. Vhodné jsou marmelády, tvaroh, pudink nebo masová či zeleninová náplň
