Hey urrr mah lady, recently I have detected a caloric surplus in your diet. This could be caused from when you ate over at my hous and I may have accidentally switched my 3k caloric meal with your dainty precious kale n spinach! I would be very careful as my diet usually contains of large amounts of sulfur and gaseous materials that would not be absorbed nicely in a untrained belly. Large amounts of bloat and gas are going to be contracted in your gut and I would recommend a gas detox which usually consists of (removing all refined carbs and sucrose from the diet) and along with multiple servings of greasy food followed quickly with a Cesar salad to absorb the greasy fast.
