This game gets so repetitive, I would rather have an electrified fork stab my scrotum every ten minutes and it would still be more exciting and fresh than this game.

I think it's a solid game! Very fun for your first play-through of the game. It's fun because everything is new and you have to use the wiki, which by the way, is very useful. After a while, you get to know the game better and can do multiple worlds or keep farming existing worlds. You can play with your friends which is great. Once you are confident enough, you can go on to expert mode. In expert mode everything is more difficult, including the bosses. You also get different drops that you would not be able to get in regular mode. There are servers that you can join. You can join by finding their IP through the internet. There are different servers for everyone. You can also make mob/boss farms in terraria. So in my multiple years of playing this game, I will say that it was good when I started playing, and is even better today. I suggest that if you have not already, that you give this game a try.
