Howdie Steam; My name is Steven Whitehouse. I'm not sure where this topic would go. But it concerns Railroad Tycoon 3 by Sid Meier. I do have the disc & game manual. But I'm unable to install into my computer. Is there anyway I can download Railroad Tycoon 3 on my pc without having to pay for it since I already have the game disc & manual? My pc won't allow me to install it. I have been having issues with installing games & music.
