He added me randomly (I blocked him as he is obvious), when I enquired why, he blocked all comments on his profile page citing:

":nuker:Hello Guys! Comment section is closed because of (scammers, gambling bots) please be aware of them! :nuker:"

Clearly didn't want to be called out publicly, be very wary if he targets you.
