Hi everyone I'm Tracie. I'm from New Orleans Louisiana and lived there until 2005 when I lost everything I owned because of Hurricane Katrina. Then one week later my dad passed away. It was the single worst thing that has ever happened to me so far. But it also has made me a stronger and better person. We were homeless for about a month and we had enough of living in the south waiting around for the next hurricane to come and wash our lives away, so we packed up what we had saved and moved up north.

I'm a musician, I play piano and sing. I was a music teacher for 10 years at a private school. Being spontaneous is my middle name. I'm a great cook, and love cartoons. I'm a I'm a free spirit, and kid at heart, which is why I'm still a gamer after all these years! My dad bought me my first console, an Atari 2600 at the age of 6. He would sit there and play for hours with me. I still had my original Atari and all its games actually until the hurricane washed them away!

I love my cats/fur babies Emma and Phoebe, and my new life. You kinda look back at yourself and see how you once were before a tragic event. I didn't like what I saw, I needed a change. I believe that everything happens for a reason whether it's good or bad, you have a choice to make. Life is short, so be happy and love the life you live
