Obvious scammer. Reporting for smurfing. Everybody report him because he will try to get your credit info. He almost did it to me but I checked his low rep and discovered this is one of many fake accounts made by the scamming team "Soflo Scams" They steal scam tactics and don't give credit which is even worse.
