couple things I learned from my 4 year battle with body image
1) there's no such thing as perfect
2) everyone has rolls when they bend over, it doesn't make you fat.
3) don't let a low self confidence day make your whole day horrible.
and 4) live your life to the fullest, getting your mind to a healthy and positive place will increase your confidence, it gets better if you let it. I know it's easier said then done. 💪🏽
