EXPLOTA'S MAGNIFICENT SPAGHETTI ! ! !

Ingredients:
1. Minced turkey (birb not kebab country) meat - 200 / 250 g
2. Spaghetti noodles - 200 g
3. Canned tomatoes (finely-cut would be the best, but the normal ones will also do) - 1 can
4. Tomato concentrate
5. Cheese - 50 g
6. Salt
7. Cayenne pepper
8. Oregano / Herbes de Provence / Basil
9. Canola oil / Olive oil

Recipe:
Cook the pasta according to its package instructions. Then strain it and leave for few minutes to let it dry. Now it's time for the sauce. First put some oil on a frying pan (hahaha tf2 reference) and heat it up. Then add a turkey meat and fry it until it turns white, meanwhile seasoning everything with salt (1,5 teaspoon) and one of the herbal spices (I personally prefer Herbes de Provence, 3 teaspoons). After that open your canned tomatoes and pour all contents into the pan. Mix everything thoroughly and try to crush all the larger pieces of tomatoes you can spot (extra sauce baby) and then put in 3 teaspoons of tomato concentrate and mix everything again. Then add Cayenne pepper accordingly to your preferences. After that put in some cheese, let it melt a bit and then mix the whole thing. Leave everything on low heat for around 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally, mix the sauce with the pasta in one pot. Enjoy!
