Hello, I cant open your discord server for some reason, thats why I write here, with a recent communication of players playing on your server. All I did was I joined their game, and immediately they started to kick me, then they incap me and said this:

These guys were not polite at all, not even asked me to leave from their game. Its your decision now whether you ban them or not, I guess there are many players like this.

Hello, many thanks for your reaction adn decision. You are generous administrator, and your servers are one of the greatest in the game. I was playing once on servers where you could get slayed for the exact same damage as you've dealt to your teammate. That might be a hint. I noticed there are many, I think the most players on your servers that do team damage and do not care, same as one guy did when I was playing. My rank also moved from 20k to 2k very fastly, which means many players are of low rank. I will try to help when I encounter teamkilling in my game. Thank you again for your decision and kind words.

For no reason, you say? I would like to paste here in the comment section the 458 total messages you've sent in my servers, then we can talk again. What's about 'no reason' However, since you wrote a message without being toxic and showing respect in your sentences, I will undo your ban. To be exact, I will shorten it from permanent to 24 hours. (Since your request is 13 hours old, I will cut the time to 11 hours after posting this message.) Please, next time, open a ticket on Discord if you encounter people like you described. There are about 2'000+ unique messages per day, so I really do apologize if I can't catch everything up. Regarding team damage, I will release soon a patch (L4D & L4D2) where the server slays the team attacker even before the victim is dead. Thanks for playing on my servers.

Hello I have been banned from your servers for unknown reason. Console stated: toxic. The only people who were toxic were my teammates shooting each other. Have they been banned too? The ban is permanent, which means I will not be able to play again. Hardly I reached the 150th rank, and continued each ♥♥♥ on growing higher. Is there any chance my ban can be shortened (cancelled)? I never shoot teammates, because my rank would drop down. Either we all have been banned as a team, or just me for the unknown reason. However, you server might detect chat. I said many violent words. I will promise I will never do that again.Your honest customer.
