Mr. Tree, we have solved the issue. There is a command named "cl_cmdrate" which is default set to 66. We switched it to 10 after the game to test it, and our pings went to 5. So while Wheatley was not cheating, there is a command in TF2 that makes your ping appear lower. We are all not cheating, and the next game we ran into an aimbotting heavy with constant crits. So if that is any sort of repentance for Wheatley setting his TF2 console command to a lower value, then I hope this helps everyone. Uh, bottom line, no cheats were happening and I am thankful that you kicked AWGFD out because he smells simply.
