The game is quite good, but sadly it cannot run on modern hardware for reasons unknown. It somehow freezes every 10 seconds for a while and no matter how you change the graphics settings that fact doesnt change.

I have a computer that is supposed to easily run this game but sadly the developers dont want to put efford in fixing this.

I do not recommend this game to anyone with a modern PC due to the problems.

(yes, my old laptop can run this. but sadly, with brand new hardware in my desktop I can't run it at all. probably due to engine-hardware issues)

GF GTX 1060
Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

And I have tried everything inculding the "offline mode" everyone is speaking and didn't work.

I even flashed my BIOS to a newer version in hopes the problem disappears.

Well... After reading here and there I think the 10 series and 20 series of videocards have issues with this game after they updated it for modding and Linux for some reason.
Another speculation I read is that the servers went offline and that the game is constantly trying to connect to the servers who are dead now and coming with that issue.

PS: I think it's the Nvidia cards...

(update) Alright, so people wanted to know my hardware.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 1800X Eight-Core Processor
RAM: 16 GB
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
OS: Windows 10 Pro (64bit)

I tried running it with Windows Compatibility mode on XP, Vista, 7 & 8. Nothing worked.

Nehrim, I'm running AM3+ with a 970 and have had absolutely no problems. you might need to check either compatibility with your specs

970 is an old hardware, we are talking something 2017-2018 and so on.

You haven't said what OS/Hardware you're running on. I have a 970 + W7Ultimate, and I'm running perfectly fine.

I have the same problems.
