I don't sell to everybody, just because of safety precautions;
Once you turn out to be safe buyer, you will enjoy awesome discounts and great service;

Methods I accept:
PayPal (only I choose if I want to use it, charge-backs...)
Bank Transfer

You need:
Many playing hours (CS:GO, TF2, etc...)
Clean trade records (SteamRep, Steam, etc...)
Some sort of valuable items
Trading history and reputation
Decent account that is not new
Be verified for example Paypal

Reason why I don't go first:
Level 40 acc
20+rep on csgol
Over 20 pages of +rep on profile

Conditions:
You go first with the money
You add message including your SteamID64 for linking purposes
You cover the fees if there are any
You confirm 3 times in chat that you (I ask you)
(1) have sent the money (PayPal: as gift to family or friends)
(2) are about to receive the keys you paid $X-amount for from your "email@example.com" via PayPal.
(3) have received the keys afterwards on your "SteamID64" account, that you paid $X-amount for from your "email@example.com" via PayPal or Bank Transfer
