Game is good for such early development; but is set apart from other survival shooters by the clunky shooting mechanics and a very noob friendly and casual player base. Deadside is a game I have come back to multiple times but has the same flaws that make me leave after a few hours of play. The lack of reliable strafing and shooting leads to a very slow pace with a very fast time to kill, yet when playing to the games strengths as a solo you are quite frequently met with backlash from the community and server admins (since high pop 1st person only servers are mostly private) which commonly leads to a server wide witch hunt or a swift server ban. So if you are looking for a slow paced early development 1st/3rd person shooter which favors taking time and positioning over ego pushes and raw aim fights Deadside is a great game. Deadside is also very fun with friends and has a variety of servers tailored by private owners to make the game as fun as possible. However if you are like me and want something 1st person, skill intensive (specifically aim wise), and with a survival twist this isn't the game for that. Hope anyone reading this finds it helpful.
