Onirism gives me nostalgia from the good PS1 days. A game that's obviously made with a lot of care and passion, rarely seen in most titles today. Definitely give this a try! It's worth the price and time.

Played it on release.
Servers are trash.
Camera controls is trash.
Lock-on is trash.
No option to fast skip dialogue or scenes. Trash.
Certain Jutsu's usable behind specific "Classes". Like, sure, team game yeah? Then what's with obviously overtuned Jutsus one-siding matches. Trash.
Uninstalled.

Many moons later, reinstalled.
Literally nothing has changed.
Honestly, at this point I'd expect Server quality to be exceptionally better at the BARE minimum. I could dismiss everything else. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ trash.

Conclusion? Don't buy unless on sale. Or just don't buy at all. Highly disappointing.

take the game back into beta or alpha if needed. keep my money even. just take the time to polish this game. if i cant even play when my private world starts (goes to a white screen and freezes. ive restarted 5 times with the same results), then thats already a serious issue. i dont even want to think about the frustration with the bugs im already expecting. optimization was the first thing i already was disappointed by.

seriously, there was no need to rush this beautiful concept of a game. you had alpha/beta players for a reason. to get input from the player base. to make it better. to really care what they had to say and over time, improve Nostos from their experiences. and from what im experiencing right now, you literally said "♥♥♥♥ them" is what im seeing. and i see enough of that from many developers. dont make Nostos or you're reputation like theirs. dont make Nostos a dead game filled with regret and wasted time. dont make me regret wasting time and energy hoping this was going to be a wonderful experience. im sure alot of people feel the same way. im sure alot of people had alot of excitement when the first teaser released. and im sure alot of people now is disappointed like i am.

take your time. we can wait. well, most of us anyway.

i get it. takes alot of effort and dedication to make this. and personally i love the idea. zombies + survival + crafting + female protagonist + anime. i thank you.

but $30 really is too much to ask. i bought this anyway b/c for reasons above but for anyone asking if this is worth $30 in its early access stage, its not. granted my 0.6 hours played isnt much to take my review somewhat seriously but its why im here.

$15 would have been more reasonable. atleast from what the choices the author put on his poll.
im not sure why the majority picked $30.

anyway, for those curious peeps asking, my answer is "just wait and see".

also if you do happen to buy, i ran into this problem at the start of the game, but you're gana have to plug in a controller to make the menu work properly. just press a button, disconnect and continue with mouse/keyboard. its a one time fix. not sure why this occurs.
