Does not shirk duties, and can share the workload with other people in the team to achieve maximum group output – but does not do so consistently. Not good at planning and monitoring the work of team-members. No absences without valid reason in 6 months. Has proved to be trustworthy, but has not yet been given access to material of a highly confidential or sensitive nature. Sometimes Someone needs to be reminded to negotiate, but then does so reasonably well, and sometimes manages to get others to change their position and get a good deal.
