I have tried to enjoy this game but the entirety of combat almost consistently revolves around save scum, nothing in my time of playing has felt rewarding, any accomplishment I have made, any victory i have achieved has felt like I was simply lucky. I dragged myself up to the first boss after 2.5 hours only to be constantly one tapped by 40+ damage swings. it might be bad luck, i might be missing something important but I just don't see the thing that keeps people playing for hundreds of hours.

There is a very.... "devoted" player base to these games and most complaints about difficulty are met with insults from these players as far as I can see with very little actual advise being offered exasperating the problem as veterans of the series apparently expect everyone to just "get it"

The new race pack costs as much as the chaos dwarfs faction pack, if "costs are up" should we expect the same 150% mark up for future faction packs?

And, to top it off, you have the audacity to threaten to halt support like it and the people who have spent hundreds in their money and in some cases thousands of their hours are nothing to you.

This is quite clearly a case of you treading the line to see how far you can push. I love this game and the entire trilogy, as do many other fans that you have openly and carelessly disrespected, and while it saddens me to say this, I truly hope that your decisions see their well deserved result and in killing this game you serve as an example to your future projects and the projects of other developers.

Should the game fail I want to remind CA/SEGA that it was not the community that was the downfall of a beloved franchise, it was their own corporate greed.

I'm sorry for the team members who had no part in this decision who have to deal with the misplaced outrage of the community, I hope these people do well. Anyone who had a hand in supporting the price hikes however can go do one.
