Neverending tale of looting poor dungeon critters, crafting increasingly more epic equipment and Selling.

Staying in the city and simply playing the market is also an option. (Sales!)

Good, focused story - there is a goal to achieve and no unnecessary sidequest to bore player.
Fighting mechanics are great - it's simply fun to slash away at enemies.
Design is also pretty good, enemies aren't thrown at every point just to slow down progress and locations aren't a slog to go through.

Easly worth the price, even without special sale.

First time playing CK2 I quit after two hours, regretting the money spent.
Few days later I tried again, got hooked and lost a big chunk of a week playing with a much better opinion of the game.

CK2 may look complicated at first but it doesn't take long to underestand the basics of whats going on and what to do if one bothers to read what's on screen.

And once you get the basics, the road to world domination is open for you!


/There are a number of dlcs, which makes complete CK2 experience a pricy one. However they are not necessary to enjoy the game and after spending some time with the game, one can easily pick and choose which (if any) are worth the additional investment.
