This is just simply a great rhythm game. It's responsive, satisfying, and super replayable. Your skill progresses as you play at such a rate that you never feel yourself hit a wall before running out of things to do: onto the next grade, onto the next rank, and before you know it things that seemed impossible weeks ago start feeling probable, then possible, then trivial. I'm no rhythm game guru--my reflexes are far below average--yet this game makes me feel like a ninja DJ from outer space.

One of the best remakes I have played, for a game that was already amazing to begin with.

Wow. I found this game completely randomly while searching for co-op puzzle games and sorting by recent, and me and my friend both bought it on a whim. We've only done two of the five puzzles so far, but if you're a fan of escape simulator and the We Were Here series, you'll love this game. Absolutely fantastic first foray into the escape genre by Noble Phantom Games, and I can't wait to try the "extreme" difficulty level. Bravo.

*** Updating my review after having beaten the game. Still great. In my opinion the 4th level is harder than the 5th level, if not in the difficulty of the puzzles themselves, then in trying to figure out what to do next. The game sometimes requires you to pick up or activate small, sometimes hard to notice items along the way in order to advance. When it's a scavenger hunt with a clear sign for how to start and what to look for, this is fine. But when the objects just happen to be on the ground and you don't know what you're looking for, it's a little trickier. Still, we managed to find them eventually, and only ever needed to look something up once in order to advance. Overall, this is honestly my only gripe with the game. Me and my friend had a ton of fun playing through it, and I'd absolutely play any potential future DLC or sequel.

All your favorite aspects from the first Darkest Dungeon are here to stay.
All your least favorite aspects have been done away with.
And everything else in between has been completely switched up or revamped for a totally fresh experience.
Honestly, the best you could ask for a sequel of any strategy game.

This is one of, if not the best VR rhythm game on the market. It is a criminally underrated masterpiece and you should buy it immediately. (My hours played on steam do not reflect my countless hours on Oculus)

This is probably the best visual novel I have ever read, period.
