Hey there! The raffles are hosted on thewebsite "tf2r.com" which is a well-known tf2 raffle site. To join you just need to follow the link I post in the event (or on the steampage, depending on where you prefer). All you have to do then is log in, click the "enter" button on the raffle and sunday the website will pick a random winner.
