Report a translation problem
Take about 2 and 1/2 feet of rope at the end and tie it into a noose. If you don't know how, you can always read an online guide. (wikihow.com/tie-a-noose)
If that's too complicated for you, just make a yo-yo knot by tying a small loop and putting the other end of the rope through it.
Tie the unknotted end of the rope to the sturdy object that was mentioned before. Make sure it can support your weight, we don't want you breaking the ceiling fan again!
Put your head through the noose (or autismo loop) and secure it tightly.
Stand on the stool or other object you have to stand on.
Finally, kick the stool out from under you. It's that simple! (Note: if you cannot kick the object, just jumping off of it would also be sufficient.)
