I find this game to be a great addition to the Sid Meier's collection of Strategic Turn-Based Games. However, my expectations for this game were a bit higher and I hoped that we would experience a game that took the level of colonization and expansion to a more multi-dimensional level, where the game would be started on a planet but eventually grow to create a system of planets and colonies all economically dependent on the player. While this game does not have that function it is still a great addition to the series and has new features that set is apart (and perhaps better) than past Civilization Games. Overall it has been a very rewarding game and a great way to spend my Friday nights.
