זה היה קיץ 2003 ואני סוף סוף יצאתי לים בלי חולצה, הרגשתי כזה טוב עם עצמי שאני סוף סוף נראה טוב וכל הבנות השוות יסתכלו עלי, אבל אז חבר שלי, אפי חליסג, התחיל לצחוק עלי ולא הבנתי למה עד שהוא אמר לי "אין לך קוביות מתחת לפופיק אתה לא ברמה האחרונה של שרירי בטן". ישר רצתי לרכב שלי והתחלתי לבכות, לא הפסקתי, ואז החלטתי שאני מתחיל ללמוד את תורת השומן והשרירים.
