I absolutely love this game, I spend so many countless hours of my childhood playing it. I remember when I rented this from a local blockbuster and brought it home to play with a buddy, that turned into a sleepover/all nighter of excellent gaming. This game is a timeless classic and I recommend it to anyone who loves the medievil genre or a good hack and slash RPG. You can go through the story solo, or with a friend. I strongly recommend pulling up a good friend and enjoying this most excellent game. The price of attempting to purchase a PS2 and controllers and memory card and finding a copy of this is insane and mostly a huge money sink. I really like the fact that I now have access to it anywhere I have steam. This game is fantastic, just enough customization and leveling options to make it really cool and personable. There are not many other games out there that bring back fond memories of great games. There are also some very iconic characters in this game, at the forefront the barmaid at the Elf Song Tavern. I am probably a tad biased due to all of my nostalgic memory but the truth is this really is an incredible game and I would recommend it to anyone!
