It's been an absolutely fun game over the past years and have made a ton of friends because of this game, but inaction by Valve as of the past few years has allowed the casual play of the game to fall in state of disrepair being overrun by bots and the game at this time needs a major anti-cheat overhaul. If you mind queuing for casual mode for a server that isn't already overwhelmed with bots then the only safe haven in the game is community servers. Unless Valve takes action Casual game-play is basically unplayable at this time as long as bots populate the servers.
