If there’s one moment from the Academy Awards people simply can’t let go of, it’s John Travolta’s now-infamous name flub. Before “Frozen” songstress Idina Menzel took the stage to perform, Travolta was tasked with introduction duties.

Unfortunately, the “Pulp Fiction” star must have left his glasses backstage, as he didn’t read Menzel’s name from the teleprompter — but that of one “Adele Dazeem” instead.
