Warning: Asset Flip![en.wikipedia.org]

Lucky Panda is a Unity asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer", serial Russian asset flipper, OnBlind/khukhrovr, has simply reskinned the basic Construct 2 Platformer template and dumped it onto Steam as if it was a complete game that they had written themselves. This is a somewhat infamous template having been flipped onto Steam roughly a dozen times, although many of those flips have been deleted as the developers performed other unethical activities such as review manipulation and trading card abuse. Even the platform placement is unchanged from the template, that's just how lazy khukhrovr is.

An important note: OnBlind are known asset flippers and have previously taken other developers work and put it on Steam in an attempt to scam gamers and get paid for someone else's effort. Asset flips are harmful to the gaming industry. They're nothing but cash grabs, and they harm genuine indie developers by reducing their visibility on Steam. They make it harder for gamers to find decent games made by genuine game developers. Because this game has all the same low quality as an asset flip, as well as the other problems with it, it's impossible to recommend.
