I really liked Black guards 2 they improved character advancing system and added new combat mechanics thats involves endurance, on hard setting battles are challenging (it also seems to have problem with some achievements same as the first one had).

pros:

-story is good.
-soundtrack and voice acting are great ^_^
-combat mechanics are great
-good grafics
- challenging on hard (especially early on)

cons:

-fps drop on mass fights (especially with mass spells)
-no respec option
-some achievements are bugged
- if you play it on lower difficult settings it will be short..

i really recommend it for those who like tactical fights and lvling characters all in all 7/10 by my book ^_^

well it tooked me arround ~35 hurs to finish it, if you play on lower settings i would say it will drop arround the ~20 hours (as most of the extra time went for failing/retry diffrent tactics on hard battles)
