The most effective way to prevent the suffering your children would have, and your grand-children, great-grand-children, an infinite number of generations, the wars, the ra*ing, the bullies, the disappointments, fear, crushing horror, existential angst - the easy simple way is to just not have kids. Please save them the pain. Nobody will miss humanity when it's gone. Not a single goat, or tree. They'll all be just fine without us. This advice, it appears as a tyranny, but it is more expedient than full satori.
