Although I heartily detest cheating in any form, I also don't like being a vampire. If you don't like it, also, type the following into your Skyrim console:

setstage 000eafd5 10

The after typing the above, and hitting <ENTER>, vampirism was removed from my character, instantly. This "cure" was not original with me, but over at "Game Faqs" by a player named V0nt3gr0.

I'll let the young 'uns be vampires ...
