When I was a boy, maybe 8 or 9, I saw a giant soldier ant in my house. I picked it up to take it outside.
I was trying to help this ant avoid harm and get back to its people
It turned its head as I grabbed and held it, and it bit me.BIG mandibles. It hurt. I was upset. So I looked to the corner of the hallway entry, saw a spider's web, and tossed the soldier ant directly in.
The spider came up and bit it, wrapped it, and ate it.
... .... what an absolute nightmare death, all because I grabbed the poor thing minding its own business ... death by spider is 10/10 worst imaginable to me
I realized I cannot give life
