hey with your new mod (since i helped come up with some back round story that involes my charcter. YES people i did help with the Fallingwater Estate

the cave near the house works perfect .not sure if it was already there or you made it either way its cool to have a cave near the house .

Enter through the roof with npc's and back out through the roof exit no prob at all , the lighting is just right aside from some flicker , main problem is the npc ai for getting around the house n porche . all in all 10/10 on location . 10/10 for the build of the house , 7/10 for npc ai problems 3 in all that i can find .

BUG REPORT. 1) the ceiling in the kitchen has light flicker wen you aproach the area. 2) the map of skyrim on the wall near the kitchen light flicker from the chandelier above the table . 3) Main bedroom walk toward the bookshelf and theres light flicker . 4) the table near the ladder to the roof its clutter ends up everywhere . 5) the small porche of to the side of the roof the fence railing along the top wen you are faced toward you c the wood is graphic hollow . 6) imo the banners on the roof as they move back n forth you get really bad shadow flicker on the table, immersion breaking ! . 7) NPC'S if you go through the front door your follwer will get stuck at the stairs . 8) NPC'S if you go outside through the front door your follwer will get stuck at the small bridge walkway in front of the front door . 9) NPC'S the 2 side doors npc's in and out no prob , but if you walk from the side to out the front on the walkway npc's get stuck so far trying to run through the house .
