I am sadly an adult that work 7 days a week before returning home to be free 7 days so my selection of games on my freetime is "carefully" selected. When I saw that this game was not another Bethesda game filled with bugs I gave it a try

I am nothing but the average gamer but I will tell you this

You can do pretty much anything, everything. The Roleplay oppertunity is massive, Ive sunk 8h in 2 days into this game and I have not even started the main quest. Ive already modified my spaceship to my liking only to realize there are more mods further on as they get unlocked. Ive fought mostly with bandits and scavanged moons that Ive now claimed to be my own mineral wells for my financal capital. I am a gangster so when any ship emergency land near me I plunder them in silence with no consecense. Because that is what I want to do.

This is the massive RP game Bethesda was trying to achieve with Fallout 76 but so much better.

+ Endless RP oppertunity
+ Bethesda style graphics with space
+ Nothing too cartoonish compared to other games
+ It never seems to end
+ New AI side missions all the time - from quests to general "Got any mats so I can repair my stuff?" "Ty" and then they ♥♥♥♥ off

- Takes forever to explore planets as you cannot fly over them compared to New Man Sky
- No ground vehicles for exploring
- Annoying that you cannot fly planet to planet without having to fast travel
- AI is weird and bad sometimes

I still prefer Starfield over New mans sky due to the graphic and the style of the game, somehow it feels more mature in a way while New Man Sky is also a great game with more mechanics and what to do, this game still feels like the New Skyrim when it comes to RPG

You have more player choice in Baldurs Gate 3 and you'll spend just as much time looting
