2-go to librarry rightclick on counter-strike.
3-click at Properties.
4-then click on SET LUNCH OPTION..
5-put this sentence inside the box [-noforcemaccel -noforcemparms -noforcemspd -32bpp -freq 60 +ex_interp 0.01]
