May look a little simplistic, but that ends up working greatly in its favour. Pretty quickly the stories that your characters generate fill them with a life of their own, and the paper doll art style means that they vary greatly in appearance - particularly after they've gone through a few rounds of storylines. The art style and included modding tools make it - if not easy - at least possible to add new stories, and new events, and new weapons and... I can see myself playing this a lot.
