Early Access Review
Great and promising early access !
Think Frostpunk, but with warmth instead of cold, and sand instead of snow ^^
To top its wonderful graphics and atmospheric soundtrack, Synergy offers a system of cultural needs, and districts having a huge influence depending of the buildings in their zones.
The research system may be a bit confusing for now, but everything else is already nicely done.

Clearly, Mob Factory isn't perfect.
Its illustrations and pixel-art sprites are a bit chaotic, there are a few bugs, and its UI could be improved.
But it's full of clever ideas, like its concept in the first place : using creatures' loot to craft items, like weapons, to kill more creatures, for more loot, and so on.
Unlike Factorio or Satisfactory, you won't have to craft thousands of items to reach your goals, a few dozens are enough (except to buy towers, their prices going crescendo).
And if you use your brain correctly, you won't need hundreds of towers to create effective traps to obtain ressources.
Every tower has its use, but not against every enemy.
The mana system is refreshing, asking you to think your traps wisely, and optimize them with each new weapon.
And I find the third tier of crafting, using liquids, really well done.
I reached its end within 20h, and I think one can do way better than me, so Mob Factory won't take an eternity to finish.
I really hope that LiterallyEveryone Games will create a sequel, more polished and maybe with upgrades for your towers using research potions.

Rarely did I see such a waste of talent in a game...
The graphics, music and sounds are beautiful and original.
There are great ideas, like the fact that when you're alone, you can only run and jump, but when you find your friends and lead them to the exit, you gain new powers (walking on water, double jump and many more).
You can find collectibles in every corner of each level, and usually, I love finding collectibles.
So what's wrong with Shu ? Gameplay and gamefeel !
Shu is difficult, but not for the good reasons :
not only do you have to time every jump in the endgame to the split second, or flee in front of this tenebrous entity chasing you, but you'll have to reach each checkpoint in 5 tries or less. Otherwise, you must start the level from the beginning !
And way worse, controls are not to be trusted !
You can press the jump button, and your character won't jump.
You can run up a ramp or between crumbling platforms and get stuck, thus losing a try.
You can flee this monster, timing your moves perfectly, and still get caught.
And on your next try, with the same moves, you'll have one full spared second when reaching the next checkpoint.
So you don't trust the controls, and the whole game.
And when Shu would want you to explore and find every collectible, you just want to finish the level and quit the game.
So gamedevs, why creating such a punishing nightmare, when your game could have been so much more pleasing with coyote-time and trust-worthy controls ??
A huge deception to me, there are way better alternatives, sorry for the devs.

Une expérience narrative vraiment réussie.
C'est un plaisir de découvrir cet univers imaginé et concrétisé par une seule personne !

This ARPG is full of innovative mechanics, and brings some fresh air to this genre.
When most of the bigger-budget titles keep giving less and less choices to the player, Ghostlore allows vast and deep customization through its skills and glyphs systems, so you can fine-tune your experience.
I really loved the ability to change all the skills when I wanted, giving varied modifiers depending on the skill, so for example I was able to trigger some when I took a hit. Or the fact that a given skill works on all enemies, even bosses.
Granted, graphics are a little noisy, and combats sometimes chaotic.
But the game shines in so many other domains that I completely ignored those little faults.
I completely recommand it !

Nice 16bits-style platformer, with 40 short but challenging levels, various enemies and bosses, gems to find and lots of secrets.
Much better with a controller.

Nice little tower defence, with simple graphics and mechanics.
A great intro to this genre, quite short but really pleasing.

Early Access Review
A really good early access for this terraforming game.
The different elements are well balanced, for a pleasing result.
If the first game is finished in 300 points, new scenarii and content are quickly unlocked, as each game gives points for a global progression.
True, the endless mode is not yet implemented, but you can unlock much more demanding games really fast, so there is a high replay-value.

Update :
Now that this game has launched with all its features, I can definitely say that all its mechanics work very well together.
One can now define a game as wanted, and I think the various game types can satisfy everyone.

En plus de ses graphismes très agréables et parfaitement dans le thème, Potion Craft propose un système de création de potion original et bien pensé.
A voir comment le jeu va évoluer, mais pour l'instant, je le recommande chaudement !
